Nestled on the hillside below the medieval hilltop village of Vellano - perched at 2,000ft, the capital of "Svizzera Pesciatina". The house is set amidst olive groves and fruit trees, surrounded by densely wooded hillsides planted with pine, acacia and chestnut trees. The landscape surrounding Vellano is truly beautiful - a painters paradise! Olive groves cling to terraced hillsides studded with ancient vines. The canvas of trees is dotted with small villages perched on the mountainsides.
