On the ground floor is the fourth bedroom and the third bathroom together with another dining area and a second kitchen. The main bedroom as a beautiful ensuite with tiled bath/shower and marble vanity units, W.C. and bidet.
The two further fully tiled bath/shower rooms each have a W.C., bidet and marble vanity units. The fully equipped kitchens each have a dishwasher, gas/eletric cooker/oven and fridge/freezer.Villa Linda has the following facilities: Barbecue, Sky TV, telephone, Laundry Room with washing machine, tables and chairs outside on the patio for dining al fresco, sunloungers and hammocks for lazing, irons.The Villa is tiled throughout and has wooden window shutters for coolness and has its own private off road parking area right opposite its shaded garden, shared with the Casa Rita. The double beds are large and extremely comfortable and all sheets, pillows and pillowcases together with bath, hand and tea towels are provided as are soap, toilet rolls, dishwasher powder, washing up liquid, etc.
Pariana is a Hilltop village (600 metres a.s.l.) surrounded by chestnut trees, olive groves and fruit trees. It is a beautiful place to walk around ...
It is an excellent base from which to visit:
-all the arts cities (Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, Vinci, Collodi, Prato, etc. )
-beaches (Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Livorno, Riviera degli Etruschi, Isola d'Elba, etc.)
-mountains (Pizzorne, Abetone, Svizzera Pesciatina, Alpi Apunane, etc.)
-bath (Terme) of Montecatini Terme and Monsummano Terme.
The Villa Linda and Casa Rita are approx 55 Km from Airports of Florence and Pisa. Directions :
From Florence: When you leave the airport you will find a traffic light you turn right and you are at the beging of autostrada that points Pisa Nord, get on that tollway, and the first exit will be Prato Est, then Prato Ovest, Pistoia, Montecatini Terme, and the next exit will be Chiesina Uzzanese, get of at the exit and you will see the sign that will point : Pescia, Collodi- Parco di Pinocchio-. Keep on going for about 5 km and you will find a traffic light, keep on going for another km and you will find a traffic light where you will see the sign that points Collodi, make the left and keep on going for 2 km and you will find another traffic light which points Collodi, Villa Basilica, make the right turn at the light and keep on going for about 2 km. You will find Ponte a Villa, then another km you will find Botticino, keep on going for another km you will find a small village Biecina, there on the left hand side you will find the road that takes you to Pariana ( it will about 5 km to Pariana). I will be waiting for you at the beginning of the village: where you will find your parking for your car.

From Pisa: as you leave the airport you will see a green signs that points Genova, that is the tollway ( autostrada) that you go on, go 5 miles you will see the sign that point Firenze, get on that tollway, and the first exit will be Lucca, then Capannori, than Altopascio and the next exit is Chiesina Uzzanese, get of at the exit and you will see the sign that will point : Pescia, Collodi- Parco di Pinocchio-. Keep on going for about 5 km and you will find a traffic light, keep on going for another km and you will find a traffic light where you will see the sign that points Collodi, make the left and keep on going for 2 km and you will find another traffic light which points Collodi, Villa Basilica, make the right turn at the light and keep on going for about 2 km .
